Jeff Jacobson, Sales and Marketing Director at Kountry Kraft

Jeff Jacobson Brings More Than 20 Years of Industry Leadership

Jeff brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, product management, and business development. Throughout his career, he has helped manufacturers and distribution organizations align their sales, marketing, and operations around the needs of customers and business partners.

His background includes developing dealer programs, introducing new products, strengthening customer partnerships, and leading teams focused on long-term growth. That experience is especially relevant to Kountry Kraft, where authorized dealers and designers guide clients through the many detailed decisions involved in creating made-to-order cabinetry.

“Jeff brings the industry knowledge, collaborative leadership, and respect for craftsmanship that will serve Kountry Kraft and our dealer partners well”

In his new role, Jeff will help strengthen the education, tools, and communication Kountry Kraft provides to its dealer network. His approach begins with listening to the people who represent Kountry Kraft in showrooms and homes throughout the country, then identifying ways the company can help them serve their clients more effectively.

Honoring Roger Yiengst After a 49 Year Career

Jeff succeeds Roger Yiengst, who retired in August after an extraordinary 49 years with Kountry Kraft. Roger’s career covered much of the company’s history and decades of growth in the custom cabinetry industry. During that time, he developed lasting relationships with dealers and designers and helped connect their needs with the people who design and build Kountry Kraft cabinetry in Newmanstown, Pennsylvania.

Roger’s knowledge of the business and commitment to its partners earned the trust of people throughout the Kountry Kraft dealer network. His influence can be seen in the relationships he maintained and in the service dealers came to expect from the company.

We are deeply grateful to Roger for nearly five decades of service. His retirement marks the close of a remarkable career, and the relationships he built provide a strong foundation for Kountry Kraft’s next chapter in sales and marketing.

Kountry Kraft has built its reputation through custom craftsmanship and close collaboration with its partners. Founded in 1959, the family-owned cabinetry manufacturer works with a nationwide network of authorized dealers to create cabinetry tailored to each client’s home, lifestyle, and design vision.

Jeff’s leadership will support that partnership by making education, communication, and collaboration central to the sales and marketing program. For dealers and designers, this means a continued commitment to the resources and responsive manufacturer support that help move complex custom projects from concept to completion.

Jeff and his wife, Laura, recently relocated with their family from St. Louis to the Reading, Pennsylvania, area. His interest in the industry extends beyond his professional work. He enjoys woodworking, home renovation, and hands-on building projects, including remodeling at least nine bathrooms over the years.

Please join us in welcoming Jeff Jacobson to Kountry Kraft and congratulating Roger Yiengst on an exceptional 49-year career.
