Kountry Kraft Custom Cabinetry Warranty
Kountry Kraft, Inc. proudly stands behind every piece of custom cabinetry we craft. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty ensures that our cabinets are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use and care for as long as the original purchaser owns the product and it remains at the original installation site.
What Is Covered?
This warranty covers:
- Defects in materials or workmanship of Kountry Kraft cabinetry.
- Repair or replacement of any part or parts that prove defective under normal residential use.
- Lifetime coverage for the original purchaser of American-made custom cabinets.
Note: Component parts manufactured by third parties may have separate warranties.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:
- Defects caused by improper storage, installation, misuse, or neglect.
- Expenses related to removing, shipping, or reinstalling cabinets or components.
- Natural aging, mellowing, or color change of wood and wood finishes.
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use.
- Consequential or incidental damages arising from warranty claims, except where prohibited by state law.
Warranty Procedures
Kountry Kraft, Inc. reserves the right to:
- Approve field repairs, or
- Require cabinets or components to be returned to our factory for correction.

- Contact your authorized Kountry Kraft Retail Dealer from whom the cabinets were purchased.
- Report defects in writing.

- Any disputes relating to this warranty are subject to litigation in the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.
- No individual is authorized to assume liability on behalf of Kountry Kraft beyond what is stated in this warranty.
- This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
