We’re looking for an experienced Director of Order & Product Management to lead one of the most critical departments in our company.
About the Role
Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Executive Leadership, you will help shape the future of our products, software, processes, and overall customer experience. You’ll play a key role in continuously improving how we serve our dealer network while driving operational excellence across the organization.
You will lead the team responsible for transforming customer orders into accurate, production-ready cabinetry designs, ensuring every order moves efficiently from quote through manufacturing while maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the Order & Product Management team
- Ensure accurate, efficient processing of customer orders
- Improve speed, quality, and productivity throughout the order process
- Oversee non-standard quoting and production releases
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Purchasing
- Guide product offerings, pricing, and catalog development
- Help evaluate and improve software for quoting, orders, 2D/3D drafting, and related systems
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to improve our products
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple departments

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
