A Black Kitchen Island Chatham, NJ and white custom kitchen cabinets designed by Justin Sachs of Stonington Cabinetry & Designs for a condo in Chatham, New Jersey. The black kitchen island is naturally the focal point of this small kitchen. Conveniently located near the Wolf range and the sink, the black kitchen island with stools is the perfect place to entertain family and friends. The perimeter custom kitchen cabinets are painted Alpine white; they feature white open shelving and glass front doors. All of the cabinetry is constructed out of Hard Maple wood in style inset/no bead. The kitchen island cabinets and the perimeter cabinets feature door style TW10 with a square framing bead and a slab style drawer.

Modern Farmhouse Cabinets Upper Montclair, NJ designed by Justin Sachs of Stonington Cabinetry & Designs for a kitchen. From the white subway tile backsplash, farmhouse sink, and open wooden shelves, to the white custom kitchen cabinets and black hardware, this kitchen has all of the essentials to complete the modern farmhouse look.

The 3001 style cabinets were constructed out of Hard Maple wood and painted Kling White. The cabinets showcase simple doors crafted in TW10 style with a square framing bead. Slab style drawers complete the simple, modern appearance.

The wooden shelves were also custom crafted by Kountry Kraft. The wood was stained Colonial Cherry and finished with a Black Glaze.

Classic White Cabinets designed by Justin Sachs of Stonington Cabinetry & Designs for a kitchen in Madison, New Jersey. This kitchen was specifically designed to be functional for the client’s busy family. While the space was large, there was little existing storage.

To accommodate the lack of storage, Stonington was very creative with Kountry Kraft’s inventory of cabinetry and out fittings. The beaded inset style cabinets were constructed out of Hard Maple wood and painted Alpine White. The cabinets showcased innovative features, such as Kesseböhmer’s magic corner shelving unit, pull-out pantries, and pull-out wastebaskets incorporated into the island side.

Stonington also designed banquette seating with hidden storage. The fully integrated Subzero refrigerator blended seamlessly into its surrounding cabinetry. A 36” Wolf range was chosen for this bustling family. Other appliances in this kitchen include Marvel beverage drawers and a Sharp drawer microwave. In addition, two dishwashers flank the island sink. Since the client frequently entertained, a secondary Kitchen Aid steam oven was also added.

The show-stopping back splash tile from Pratt & Larson was the finishing detail to creating this stunning kitchen. The tile was elongated ogee ceramic with a crackle finish. The kitchen flowed beautifully into the adjacent mudroom, which featured a series of six Kountry Kraft lockers and drawers.

Custom L Shaped Kitchen Cabinets designed by Justin Sachs of Stonington Cabinetry & Designs for a home in Summit, New Jersey. This transitional style kitchen features custom cabinets constructed out of Hard Maple wood. The cabinets are crafted in the inset/no bead style. Justin chose door style TW10 for all the custom kitchen cabinets. A square framing bead adds sophisticated character to the doors. Slab style drawers complete the look for a simple and sleek appearance.

The perimeter custom kitchen cabinets are painted in Alpine color at a 25° sheen, while the kitchen island cabinets are painted in a custom gray color.

This kitchen is filled with custom cabinet accessories. Most noteworthy is the pictured pull out pantry shelves. Pull out pantry shelves permit quick, easy access to everything you may need. Opposite of the kitchen area in addition to the custom kitchen cabinets, the same style of cabinetry was also crafted to create a corner seating area. The seating area features a custom bench and a built-in desk. The cabinetry in the corner area matches the kitchen cabinets which creates a holistic feel.

Custom Transitional White Cabinets designed by Thomas R. Kelly of TRK Design Company for a home in Venice, Florida. The custom kitchen cabinets are constructed out of Hard Maple wood in the 3001 style. The doors are crafted in TW10 style with an Ogee framing bead. The drawers are crafted in CRP10 style with an Ogee framing bead. Kountry Kraft also crafted the hood for this kitchen. The hood is constructed out of Hard Maple wood in the Inset/No Bead style. The hood and the kitchen cabinets are painted in LM-82005 45° color.

The kitchen also features two twin islands aligned next to each other. These islands double as tables with three chairs placed at one and two at the other. Lights hang down from the ceiling above the islands to match the number of chairs each island has. This provides symmetry and a sense of balance for the kitchen. A beautiful spiral staircase is also shown winding into the kitchen that creates a welcome to explore additional floors.

Island features include built in ovens, power outlets, and plenty of cabinet doors for extra storage space.

Between the two islands, the main kitchen counter can be found under a window. This counter contains a sink and plenty of space for food preparation. Vegetables on a cutting board are displayed on this counter in the pictures above.

The counter leads directly into a desk on the left. This desk is a level down form the counter and has over three drawers built in. A door with a stained glass window leads directly into the room, making this kitchen the first room seen by all who enter through it.

The windows scattered around the kitchen fill the room with natural lighting. In addition to that, there are built in lights under the transitional white cabinets that are above the counter.
